This boat was built to charter survey requirements in 1991 GRP and features an extended coachouse and accommodation for seven people with two aft double cabins and a full size head and shower forward. This yacht has never been in charter. It was built by one of the directors of Prestige Yachting in 1991, sold to one owner in 1994 and was re-purchased from that owner in 2006 as a family cruiser. This yacht has undergone an extensive re-fit and upgrade to the hull, rig and interior. The interior has been fully re-varnished and has new cushion covers. The rig has been upgraded with lazy jacks and all new halyards, mainsheet, genoa sheets and control lines. The rig is a whalespar and is only four years old.

It has a Yanmar 3GM30 Freshwater cooled sail-drive diesel which was re-conditioned in early 2006.The galley is equipped with two burner stove and oven, pressure hot/cold water and plenty of storage. The interior is Silver ash and teak with a teak and holly cabin sole.

There are plenty of sails from storm jib and tri-sail, 4 jib, 3 jib and light, heavy genoas to a fully battened mainsail and spinnakers.

The boat has new batteries inclusive a massive 200AH house battery, battery regulator charge system and all safety and docking gear needed. The boat was recently slipped and re-antifouled, the bottom has two coats of Epoxy 90 barrier coat (applied when new) to ensure there is no osmosis. The folding propeller has been re-conditioned. The instruments are Autohelm and include a VHF and stereo with waterproof cockpit speakers. The boat has an Autohelm wheelpilot and large stainless steering wheel. All new canvass boom cover and awning / boat cover are fitted.
