Current series Beneteau Oceanis 50 launched July 2007 and ready for extended family cruising. This as new yacht features twin steering wheels, a 110hp Turbo Charged Yanmar diesel, Lewmar bow thruster and folding maxi three bladed propeller. Accommodation is in three double cabins with fully enclosed ensuite heads, 8 person U shaped dinette, a fully equipped L shaped galley inclusive microwave, three burner stainless stove/oven, twin stainless sinks, large freezer, front load fridge and enormous storage. The Raymarine instrument package has chartplotter, autopilot, GPS, depth, speed and programmable repeaters. An Icom VHF and Sony 10 stack CD player is installed in the separate Nav station with a Xantrex inverter /100 amp charger and remote system control coupled to the 4 deep cycle house batteries. A fully battened mainsail and 140% furling genoa by Pryde sails with a Sparcraft alloy mast and Dyform rod rigging, electric cabin winch and oversized cockpit winches complete this ocean passage maker. Every conceivable comfort including 8 person cockpit table and canvass spray dodger make this yacht a great entertainer. This yacht is priced $150,000 under replacement value and will suit a new boat buyer.

Built in early 2007 by Beneteau USA , This beautiful 49 ft 7in vessel is in Brand new condition. She has an upgraded 110HP Yanmar diesel ,a deep keel and performance rig with Neil Pryde sails consisting of classic Mainsail with lazy jack system and a full size furling Genoa . The boat is set up with the optional Gennaker package and an inner forestay as well as Dyform rigging and Bow Thruster.

She is the three cabin version and features two full size heads with showers and electric toilets, macerators and holding tanks. The interior is finished in French Capri for the cushions and Moabi timber. The galley has three burners and oven with double bowl sink, large separate freezer, front opening fridge and a full size microwave. The dinette seats 10 people comfortably. On the starboard side is the nav station featuring digital control and switch panels for the ships and shore power. A Xantrex pure sine wave inverter charger takes care of onboard electrics, and there is a Raymarine multifunction navigation repeater giving full control of all the electronic nav functions. The Icom VHF system also features a command station at the helm.

The Raymarine navigation package includes mast mounted 24nm radar, wind, tri-data, autopilot with hydraulic linear drive, E120 chart plotter at helm , GPS and satellite weather tracking.

The twin wheel helm station offers a clean walk thru cockpit with full size drop-leaf table, ice box, spray dodger . All control and halyard lines lead aft to the cockpit and a large electric maneuvering /halyard winch is installed for easy operation.

Hot /cold shower at the aft boarding platform with stainless swim ladder and liferaft storage complete the clean look of the cockpit. The cockpit floor and seats have laid teak decks.

The enormous storage on this ocean going yacht includes three large cockpit lockers, bow storage locker with deck hatch and full access to the aft lazarette. The internal storage must be seen to be appreciated.
