BENETEAU 423

This Beneteau 423 was first commissioned in late 2005 and has been meticulously maintained by the owner and the Beneteau service agent.

She has a new stacking, fully battened mainsail with lazy jacks and genoa on a profurl roller.

The interior is cherry mahogany and is in 1 st rate condition. A Volvo 55HP diesel provides the auxiliary power and has only 126 hours, and all maintenance receipts are available. This boat is the two cabin version and has had little ocean or long cruise usage.

This boat arrives late November and will have all new cushion covers fitted prior to sale. The navigation package is Raymarine and includes chartplotter and long range radar as well as wind and Tri-data. The boat is fitted with a linear autopilot, Icom VHF with helm and nav station commands and nav repeater/ controller at the nav station.

Electrics include an inverter and battery monitoring system for the two house and one start battery and 240 volt outlets throughout the boat.

The helm station has the pivoting wheel system for extra cockpit space and a drop-leaf cockpit table with ice box. All halyards and control lines lead aft and an electric winch provides the muscle for all lines.

The settee opposite is large enough for an adult. The aft cabin can be slept athwartship or fore and aft with plenty of room for the extended family. The forward cabin's bunk is a full 90" long and the head is equipped with a full size shower with a privacy door. Both heads are equipped with macerators.
